The
diagnostic repair process tests all aspects of the computer to determine
the cause of the failure or problem. During this phase we test all
hardware for failure, as well as make sure drivers are current and there are no
viruses or unsupported software. We diagnose the problem to either a
specific hardware or software failure and then recommend the best course of
action.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Diagnostic
is free as long as the customer agrees to purchase the suggested services from
us. Otherwise $39.00 will be charged and must be paid at time of pick-up.
Any units left for 30 days will be considered abandon and will be sold.
1 Hour Express service is available for an additional $49.00 this fee is not refundable.
