Laptop Diagnostic Drop Off or Pickup

The diagnostic  repair process tests all aspects of the computer to determine the cause of the failure or problem. During this phase we test all hardware for failure, as well as make sure drivers are current and there are no viruses or unsupported software.  We diagnose the problem to either a specific hardware or software failure and then recommend the best course of action.

Diagnostic is free as long as the customer agrees to purchase the suggested services from us.  Otherwise $39 will be charged

Complete laptop/notebook service Same day available In by 8AM out by 6PM if not parts are needed to be ordered for express service and additional $49.00 fee is applied this fee is not refundable.
Pick/up deliver available limited area. (small Fee Applies)
