(1) Do I bring my computer to your shop, or do you travel to our business or residential location? Yes, we travel to your site. Our primary goal is to make the repairs both convenient and affordable. (2) How soon can I get an appointment? We offer same day, next day, and scheduled appointments. (3) Is my PC worth saving, or should I simply buy another one? Depending on the age of your computer, repair estimates, and the intended usage, we help you determine whether it is cost-effective to invest in repairs. (4) Can my files be transferred from my old PC to my new PC? Normally, we can transfer your data from the old computer to your new one. Give us a call. (5) Will you install computer software, hardware, and parts that I purchase elsewhere? Yes. But, we cannot warranty the part or credit you the purchase price in the event that it is the wrong part or it fails. (6) Do you sell computers and computer accessories? Yes. (7) How much do you charge to travel to my location? There is a $10.00 (Travel Charge) to have a Technician come to your business or residence. (8) Do you work on laptops and notebook computers? Yes, we work on laptops, notebooks, and desktop computers. (9) How can we contact you with questions or to schedule a service appointment? Service warranty info: All service's are warranty for a period of 90 days unless otherwise noted. A security item is used to seal systems after service if that is tampered with then the warranty will be void. Component warrant info: All computer components are warranty most time by a manufacture warranty that warranty is fully honored to you our customer if Sonny's Computer Services was the original installer. If you have a product that has a warranty Sonny's Computer Services will do all in our power to assist with the product warranty installion/removal cost would still apply. Software warranty info: All software warranty will be as the distributor so declared.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. Most order's shipped 24 hour's after order has been processed. Exception is Special orders. Orders placed on weekend and Holidays will be shipped on next business day. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order. Your order will be shipped by USPS or UPS.

Policy and Terms Payment is due at completion of service. We accept cash or check & Pay pal, Credit and debit cards. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the entire installation or repair process. If the tech arrives at the scheduled time and no adult is present, or if the adult leaves prior to the service being completed, the tech will leave and you will be subject to the stated service charges. Technical Service fees are nonrefundable once the service process has begun (any cancellations must be done at least 4 hours prior to actual service to avoid charges). Any hardware devices, components, peripherals, software or cabling needed for the install must be purchased and supplied by the customer unless arrangements are made prior to the visit. If network connectivity is desired for multiple devices, you must supply device (router, hub, modem or switch) with adequate number of ports to support the required number of devices. ISP/Internet or home network connection must be activated and working properly prior to any related install. Customer must provide adequate environment (power, space, etc.) for the scheduled service. Customer is responsible for providing power cords and surge protectors. Customer must have available all legally licensed software and media that may be required. Sonny's Computer Services warrants its services for a period of 90 days from the service date. This includes issues with the configured installation set up by the tech. Sonny's Computer Services is not responsible for issues due to setting changes, new software upgrades, ISP connection issues, relocation, viruses/spyware issues or misuse after service is performed. A complete terms and conditions document will be supplied to you at the scheduled service call. Additional trips not covered by the warranty will be subject to charges. Tutorial services not included in warranty My computer tech warranty is only valid on virus, Spyware, aware removal service if the hard drive is re-imaged to factory condition and the tech verifies proper protection against such threats is installed at time of call. Some PCs have existing conditions that may not allow them to be networked. Any repair or troubleshooting work to get the machine network ready will result in additional charges. Network installation does not include installation of PC or notebook. Those services are available for an additional charge. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BACK UP ALL SOFTWARE AND DATA THAT IS STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER'S HARD DISK DRIVE(S) AND/OR ON ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICES. Sonny's Computer Services AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE AT ANY TIME FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA OR FILES. LIMITATION OF REMEDY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MY COMPUTER TECH AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES COSTS, PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR EARNINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MY COMPUTER TECH AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, DE-INSTALLATION, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR THE NETWORK RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY SIGNING THE FORM. YOU AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS MY COMPUTER TECH AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE THAT YOU OR THE OWNER OR LESSEE MAY SUFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF ANY DATA AND THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPONENT OR ELEMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR PERIPHERALS RESULTING FROM MY COMPUTER TECH AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER'S AGENTS, PARTNERS AND/OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS PARTICULAR SERVICE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND ARE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF DAMAGES TO YOU.
